Venture studio — est. 2022

FGA Labs

We build companies and run them.

A portfolio of products across sports, creative, data, and lifestyle software — most of them live, all of them bootstrapped. No outside capital: each one funds the next. We build them, launch them, run them, and retire the ones that have run their course.

How we work

We operate the companies we back.

FGA Labs is a bootstrapped venture studio, not a passive investor. We are the team behind each product in the portfolio — writing the code, shipping the releases, and doing the marketing. Because we run a wide set of small bets instead of one big one, we lean hard on reusable tooling, sharp scope, and AI-assisted workflows so a small team can move like a much larger one. When an idea proves itself, it gets real investment; when it does not, we shut it down cleanly and carry the lessons into the next build.

Operators

We build the product and run the business day to day. Not passive checks — hands on the wheel.

Self-funded

No outside capital. Every company earns its own runway, and the ones that work fund the next bet.

Remote

Small distributed teams that have been shipping since 2022. No office, no overhead theater.

Focused

A focused portfolio, not sixty scattered bets. We would rather run a handful well than spray capital and hope.
